Application Steps
Step ONE:
Please Submit:
- A completed Application Form
- All the required documents outlined in the Document Checklist

Step TWO:
You will receive an e-mail from the LIA Admissions office confirming that they have received your application, this e-mail will also outline payment methods for the:
- Application Fee – $200.00 (CAD) non-refundable
Step THREE:
Once LIA has received your Application Fee the Admissions Office will review your application.
If you are accepted, you will be issued a Conditional Letter of Acceptance.
Step FOUR:
Pay Tuition Deposit *refundable and Guardianship Document Fee (if applicable)
- Tuition Deposit fee is refundable only if the student is refused a student visa by the Canadian Immigration Authorities.
Step FIVE:
Upon receipt of the Tuition Deposit the Admissions Office will issue you an official Letter of Acceptance.
Step SIX:
Now, with the Letter of Acceptance, you can apply for a study permit with the Canadian Embassy. Visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study.asp for more information.
Step SEVEN:
Inform LIA as soon as your study permit authorization is confirmed.
Step EIGHT:
Arrive in Canada, start school and achieve your goals!
Please Note: London International Academy accepts applications all year round with four specific admission periods. International students are advised to apply as early as possible, since obtaining a study permit at the nearest Canadian Embassy or Canadian Consulate in their home country may take an extended period of time.
